Do note that clients will be enrolled on this programme based on the findings of the initial consultation.

Weight Loss

Losing weight can be both necessary and a want. On the one hand, weight loss can bring about many health benefits, such as improved mobility, lower blood pressure, and a reduced risk of heart disease. Losing weight can also be aspirational, especially for individuals looking to achieve their dream physique.  

 

At Hallmark Wellbeing, losing weight is more than just looking at the number on a scale. We consider factors such as biological age when working with our clients. The weight loss programme is focused on reducing the severity of chronic conditions such as diabetes, high cholesterol, and hypertension. 

Spot Reduction

We have developed revolutionary risk- and drug-free methods for non-invasive spot reduction. Spot reduction refers to targeting specific body areas and eliminating stubborn excess body fat. Common areas for spot reduction are the chin, underarms, belly, and thighs.

Slow Ageing

The modern lifestyle makes it so that our biological (physical) age is higher than our chronological age. This is a result of unhealthy eating habits that lead to excess body weight - additionally, exercising while overweight without proper techniques can result in damage to joints and tendons. Dietary and exercise factors contribute to the increase in biological age, resulting in cases where a person’s biological age is higher than their chronological age.

To slow the process of ageing, the correct diet and exercise routine must be implemented into a person’s lifestyle.

This programme focuses on bringing the client’s biological age to their chronological age or lower, allowing for improved living with increased mobility and improved bodily function. Clients can expect to look fitter and feel healthier with the methods used in this programme.

Elderly Mobility

It’s no secret that we lose muscle mass and develop weaknesses across the body as we age. Everyday tasks such as climbing stairs, getting out of bed, and even standing up from chairs become more challenging the older a person gets.

 

The weakness that comes with ageing is the main culprit of falls and accidents among the elderly.

 

Our elderly mobility programme seeks to aid the elderly in regaining their mobility. By doing so, our older loved ones will be less prone to accidents and will regain their independence in everyday tasks.
