Hallmark Wellbeing has dedicated programmes for mental wellness. We're firm believers that your journey for health starts from within and that mental fortitude will supplement the treatments offered in our other programmes.

 

Conventional treatment methods for conditions such as anxiety, depression, or stress involve doctors administering selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). Often, taking SSRI medication can lead to adverse side effects and the development of other diseases. At Hallmark Wellbeing, we follow a natural approach to improving mental health. We aim to teach our clients exercises that promote the natural secretion of serotonin while simultaneously providing counselling services.
